Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Purchase details from Lemon Squeezy, our store: your name, email address, country, the plan you bought, and your TradingView username if you send it to us. Card details go to the payment processor; we never see or store them.
• License checks: the NinjaTrader software sends your license key and your computer's name to Lemon Squeezy's license server to confirm your subscription is active. It does not send your trades, account numbers or chart data.
• Email list: if you download the free indicator, your email address, so we can send the download and occasional product updates.
• Support emails you send us.

This website doesn't use advertising trackers or cookies. (If you add analytics later, list it here.)

How we use it

To deliver the software, give you TradingView access, check your license, provide support, send receipts and service messages, and, if you agreed, send product updates. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Lemon Squeezy (our reseller and payment provider), our email provider, and TradingView (your username, to grant script access). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

For as long as you're a customer and as required for tax and accounting records afterwards. Email-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails with one click, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected].
