Refund Policy

First purchase

If Holdout doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Your access ends when the refund is issued.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Yearly plans

The 7-day window applies to your first yearly payment too. After that, a yearly plan runs to the end of its year.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

Refunds are for the software only. We can't compensate trading losses (see the Terms and Risk Disclosure).
