Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the link in your receipt email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a refund?
Yes — email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewals aren't refundable, but you can cancel before they happen.
What about TradingView?
The full suite is coming to TradingView through its official Marketplace, where TradingView handles the subscription. Until then, Session Levels Lite is free on TradingView, and signing up for it puts you on the launch email list. This subscription covers the NinjaTrader 8 edition.
