Which NinjaTrader version?

NinjaTrader 8 (desktop, Windows).

Which chart settings should I use?

Any instrument and timeframe works. For intraday trading, a 1-minute or 5-minute chart with an extended-hours trading-hours template (for example CME US Index Futures ETH on NQ or ES) gives the overnight levels their data.

Can I use it with a prop-firm account?

The indicators are just chart tools. If you run the strategies, check your firm's rules — some restrict automated trading. The strategies include an optional daily-loss guard.
